Tena wants us to really push ourself to lose fat and gain muscle! But it's all good. I am really starting to notice the changes in me. :-D The only thing I don't care for is the sweat that drips off of me, and my constant thirst. (combined with the aerobics and the fact that I am a diabetic... I drink a whole lot. I once drank a whole bottle ( 1 litre) of Crystal Light in one night.. :-o
